" If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary." Wise words to live by in this up and comming holiday season. So what is the unusual and is it as daunting as it sounds? Well to me it is risking the beleif that we are all in control of our emotional states and therefore can choose to be happy or relaxed or we can choose to remain upset and stressful. As we embrace that possibility we can encounter a larger more vast array of emotional states.
