Honest Abe was one of the most recognised and distinguished people in the 20th century. His assasination was a tragic occurance, which in the long run magnified the grand significance of his acheivements. He was and still is one of the most quoted presidents to ever have existed. It is from one of his little quotes that I draw your attention to today. "People are about as happy as they choose they are going to be" is the little gem that is the basis of the blog topic today. It is partially my responsibility in helping people, to get to a place from all there muck to one of more clarity. It still astounds me though how we can so steadfastly hold on to our "stuff" giving it more determination than our desire to rid ourselves of it. It is always from the blessings of my clients that I draw my observations, and for this past month I have been reminded and shown how much energy can be dedicated to holding on to "our stuff".
